Mobile Deposit posted as a payment and then a deposit?

I’m here to help and guide you on how to correct the data showing in your bank register. We’ll have to delete the duplicate entry to resolve your concern.

The transactions that QuickBooks receives depend on what your Financial Institution shares with us. Also, the mapping of your deposit affects how it’s posted in the company. Thus, I recommend logging in to your account and check how it’s mapped. If it’s incorrect, update the setup from there.

For the entries in your register, let’s undo and exclude the duplicate one to fix the issue. The steps are quick and easy.

1. Go to the Transactions menu on the left panel to select Banking.
2. This will take you to a page that shows the list of accounts connected to the bank feeds.
3. Click the Blue tile icon and choose the account you’re working on.
4. In the Categorized tab, tick the box for the transfer and then click the Undo link.
