Can you please check in QuickBooks to see if these missing transactions have been erased before we begin? If that's the case, there's a way to get them back if they're not available in the software.
You can use the Audit log to get the information you want to pull up. Here’s how to do it:
Navigate to Setting and click Audit Log.
Input the correct date from the Filter dropdown menu.
Select Apply then locate the deleted details.
Go to the History column and View.
See all the information you need under the Event column.
You can re-enter the transaction with its original transaction date using the information from the Audit log.
