Multiple Deposit Accounts

All funds received are posted to the undeposited funds account.  When I go to Make Deposits,  QBO will only allow me to select one bank account, the QB Checking Account.  We only receive some monies into that account, not all.  It's a PIA to have to continually transfer in and out of this account to move the $ to the correct checking account. 

 

Any ideas why I'm limited to only one account here?

To make sure I'm understanding this issue fully, would you mind clarifying a couple of things? When you say "QBO will only allow me to select one bank account, the QB Checking Account.", do you mean that there isn't another bank listed to choose, or QBO is only allowing you to select one bank at a time? Would you mind sharing a screenshot of what you're seeing?
