My 2 checking accounts now update to one register so I called bank who said it was quickbooks?My account was suspended temp.I didn't update my monthly debit information?

Thanks for taking the time to visit the Community space. I'm here to help you sort this out.

You'll have the option to update your bank account manually in QuickBooks Online(QBO). Please ensure that both banks are connected. I'll show you how.

1. Click the Banking tab.

2. Choose the account you'd like to update.

3. Select the Update button in the top right corner.

Also, take note that your account needs to be active in order for QuickBooks to download.
