My account say on hold I can’t access my money or transfer it out what can do, I’ve called and I haven’t received help and waiting 280 days to get my money is crazy

Accounts or funds may hold be placed on hold when something unexpected occurs with your transactions. Examples of these reasons are:

 

  • When your payment processing exceeds the established maximum dollar amount expected on your account. 
  • When a transaction is processed after several authorization attempts and failures.
  • When wrong information is entered.
