my amex is linked properly but one of my cards has a sub account with my son and that card isn't coming through. is there a way to make that happen?

I'd be glad to share some information about connecting credit cards with subaccounts to Online Banking.

It depends on what kind of connection is allowed by your bank. I recommend contacting your bank if it's supported or not. If not, you may need to request support or manually upload transactions. 

Additionally, when connecting to Online Banking, you need to know how your bank sends the downloaded transactions. If the transactions download to one account, connect only the parent account. If the transactions download to the individual accounts, connect the subaccounts and not the parent account.

We can't connect both a parent and its subaccounts. If you try to connect both, you’ll get a message that the account is already connected.
