My app is asking me to review transactions I already confirmed online. How do I sync so I am not reviewing everything twice?

An outdated data or a corrupted cache can likely cause an issue on the app. Let's refresh the app to remove unwanted files so it can start fresh. I'll show you how.

 

For Android devices:

 

  1. From More Options, tap Settings.
  2. Choose Refresh Data and click Yes to confirm.

 

For iOS devices:

 

  1. From the Menu ☰, select Help & Feedback.
  2. Choose Refresh Data, then select Yes to confirm.
