My app isn't letting me add income manually. I've always done this in the past without issues. I go to transactions, income, add amount, date, and note, and the save button stays grey.

If you're entering income and expenses using an Android device, we have an open investigation about the grayed-out Save button. Rest assured, our software engineers are doing their best to get this resolved as soon as possible.

For faster transaction, you may provide this investigation number to our representative: INV-55868. In the meantime, you can sign in to your QBSE account through a web browser and then manually add the transactions.

However, if you're using an iOS device, you can try clearing the accumulated app data to isolate the issue. Strange behaviors and unresponsive buttons are commonly caused by the accumulated cache in the system. Here's how:

1. From your phone's settings, tap Settings.
2. Chose General, then select iPhone Storage.
3. Select QuickBooks Self-Employed from the list.
4. To free up the storage without deleting the documents and data for the app, select Offload App.

However, if the issue persists, you may need to uninstall and then reinstall the application from the App Store. Alternatively, you can enter the transactions via a web browser.
