I'd also like to ask if there's an error or what exactly happens when you're doing the task? This is for us to determine the cause of the issue and prevent this happening again. In the meantime, let's refresh the app to remove any cache that might have prevented you from reviewing the transactions.
Follow these steps if you're using an iOS device:
Go to the mainMenu ☰and tapHelp & Feedback.
TapRefresh Data. You will receive a message that says “Caution. If there was a problem getting your latest QuickBooks Online data, you can refresh it now. It may take a few minutes.”
Just in case you're still getting the same issue, you might need to temporarily uninstall the app. Just press and hold the app and tap the Remove App or X button.
