My balance will update but not my cleared transactions on my bank account

Thanks for posting here. Let me show you how to bring in the transactions.

Some banks allow you to download previous transactions once you connect them to your QuickBooks Online account. If you're able to select how far back you want to download but nothing appears on your bank feeds, you'll want to check with your bank. It'll cause connection errors if the bank has system issues.

Also, you'll want to update it manually. Follow these steps:

1. Go to the Banking or Transactions menu.
2. Select the Banking tab.
3. Tap Update.

If this behavior continues, I suggest you reach out to our Support Team for investigation.

1. Click the (?) Help icon and enter Talk to a human (then type it again when prompted).
2. When asked by the bot, enter "Bank Transactions".
3. Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us or Get help from a human.
4. Choose either Chat or Callback.

In the meantime, you'll want to manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online. All we need is a file from the bank that we can import.
