My bank account does not show up, even though the bank said I granted access.

You mention that your bank account isn’t showing up although you’ve been granted access. Are referring to connecting your bank account to your QuickBooks Online?

Is this bank account listed in your Chart of Accounts? To check:

1. Open the settings (gear icon).
2. Under Your Company, choose Chart of Accounts.
3. Locate the bank account in the list.
4. Next, from the left navigation menu, Click on Transactions, then Banking.

Is the bank account listed here? You may need to click the arrow for a list of accounts.

If your bank account is in the Chart of Accounts, but not viewable in the banking window, please let me know and we can determine our next steps.
