My bank account is duplicated bank 0001-1 and 0001-2It is the same account and the same transactions. Everything is being accounted twice. How do I fix that?

The duplication of transactions may be due to the bank account being connected twice, resulting in the double download of transactions. 

 

To address this, it is essential to disconnect the duplicate account. Here's how you can proceed:

 

  1.  Go to Transactions and then Bank Transactions.
  2. Select the tile for the duplicated bank account.
  3. Click on the pencil icon and choose Edit account info.
  4. Select the Disconnect this account on the save checkbox.
  5. Select Save and Close.

 

After disconnecting the duplicate account, you can manually delete any duplicated transactions that have already been categorized and then make the duplicate account inactive to prevent further issues.
