My bank account is not connected, i spoke to my bank and they said that its not from their end, that's it's from your company. Kindly help me out

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.

There are certain bank errors that can block you from linking your account. Did you happen to encounter one? If so, you can follow the links listed in the Step 4 section of this article to be guided in fixing it: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions.

 

If you didn't receive any messages or warnings, let's perform some basic troubleshooting procedures to isolate the problem. At times, the accumulated cache in your browser causes unexpected behaviors between your bank's website and QuickBooks Online. Start by accessing your QBO account in a private or incognito window. Please refer to the shortcut keys I've listed below:
 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

 

Once you're in, head to the Banking or Transactions menu again. If you're able to connect successfully, go back to your regular browser and then clear the site data to get rid of the junk files. Alternatively, you may switch to other supported browsers.
