I'm here to share some steps to get your bank account updated. When there are new transactions, QuickBooks will automatically download them in the Banking page. If you’re not getting the latest data or updates seem stuck, please make sure to sign in to your bank’s website to check if there no maintenance updates.

 

If not, we can do the manual update by following these steps:

 

  1. Go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
  2. Select the Banking tab.
  3. Choose the bank and click the Update button.

Once you have the new transactions, you can start categorizing or matching them
