My bank account wasn't updating so I added it again. Now I have two of the same account under my banking tab. How do I delete one please?

Let's make sure to disconnect the duplicate one. To do it successfully, you can follow the steps below:

 

  1. Go to Banking or Transactions on the left pane.
  2. In the Banking tab, choose the duplicate account you want to delete.
  3. Then, click Edit (pencil icon).
  4. Click Edit account info.
  5. In the Account window, check the box next to Disconnect this account on save.
  6. Hit Save and Close.

 

Then, we start updating your bank account manually. This troubleshooting helps to refresh the connectivity between your bank's website into QuickBooks. Here's how:

 

  1. Click Banking on the left panel.
  2. Make sure to highlight the correct account.
  3. Click the Update button.
