To single out, let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps to determine if this is a browser-related issue. Unexpected behavior in the system can be caused by the stored cache files on your browser. To fix this, I recommend accessing your account using a private window.

Here's how to open an incognito window in all supported browser:

• For Internet Explorer or Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
• For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
• For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.

In addition, switching to a different browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome, and Firefox) will sometimes do the trick.

If the private browsing session works, you’ll need to clear your browser’s cache to eliminate the corrupted data on your browser. This refreshes your files in QBO. Make sure to remember your saved information, such as login IDs and passwords.
