My bank accounts in phone doesn't match up with QBO. I tried to sync data and reinstall app but the balance still way off from what it suppose to be.

The QBO app is always in sync with the one on the web. Since your account balance is still way off despite performing some of the recommended troubleshooting steps, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team to have this system's unusual behavior investigated. Here's how:

 

  1. In the upper right corner, click the (?) Question mark icon.
  2. Select Help and Support.
  3. Tap Contact Us.
  4. Type in your concern. Then, Continue.
  5. Choose how you would want to connect with us. Either Chat with us or Have us call you.

 

In the meantime, I'd recommend accessing your account via a web browser to see the appropriate balance of your bank account and categorize transactions accordingly.

 

Moreover, I'd recommend reconciling your accounts regularly (whether through the app or the web browser) to ensure the accuracy of your financial data.
