My bank and cc sync properly, but then seem to unsync every week or so… I have to reconnect the accounts and it gets pretty annoying to do so often. Anybody have insight?

After you've ensured that your bank account is connected only to one QBO account, I recommend signing into your bank's website and checking your account for messages, notifications, alerts, or new security requirements. If everything looks good, you can sign in back to QBO:

1. Go to Transactions,
2. Then click the Bank transactions.
3. Select Update.

Moreover, if you have recently changed your bank login credentials, you'll also need to update them in QBO. You can follow these steps:

1. Go to Transactions, then Bank transactions.
2. Select the tile for the bank account. Then select Edit ✎.
3. Select Edit sign-in info.
4. Update your info as needed.
5. Start another manual download.
