My bank balance and QB balance do not match after switching over from desktop?

However I am reconciled through 3/31/21.

Thanks for sharing your concern with us. As an insight, there are several factors why QuickBooks don’t match with the actual bank balance:

 

  • Outstanding transactions
  • New transactions for a connected account
  • Duplicate transactions
  • Edited or deleted transactions
  • Credit card (liability) account

 

Additionally, the Bank balance and In QuickBooks balance won't be the same when transactions are imported manually. The Bank balance will only be changed or updated if you're connected to online banking.
