Question

My bank balance is current and accurate, but the transactions for the past week aren't loading for review. I've relinked, no errors. How do I get transaction details?

I understand the challenges you've encountered in missing transaction details despite having an up-to-date and accurate bank balance in QuickBooks Online (QBO),Stephanie. I'm here to share insights about this.

When you link a bank account in QuickBooks, your transactions download automatically. The data that is imported into our system will depend on the information your bank shares with us. To confirm that these transactions are posted in your bank account, you can log into your account on the bank's website and check if you see the transactions.

Then, let's manually refresh the banking page to retrieve the latest transactions.

Here's how:

  1. Navigate to the Banking menu, then choose the Banking tab.
  2. Proceed by clicking on the Update button.

If in case you still can't see them in QBO, we'll need to download the missing bank transactions manually from your bank's website and import them into QuickBooks using WebConnect.
