Question

My bank connections keep disconnecting and asking for verification. I’ve signed in, it goes through 100 times now. But immediately needs it again.

Certain errors would stop your financial data from syncing. If you encounter any issues, please follow the troubleshooting procedure outlined in the Step 4 section of this article to resolve them: What to do if you get a bank error.

 

For the time being, let's perform a manual update to refresh the connection and access your recent transactions. Let me guide you on how.

 

  1. Go to Bookkeeping.
  2. Select Transactions, then choose Bank Transactions.
  3. Click the account, then hit Update.

 

As another option, you can sign in to your bank's website to narrow down the underlying cause of the situation. Confirm if they have server issues or going through maintenance. This occurrence delays the data exchange between the bank and QBO.

 

If everything is working on their end, update the feed again using a private window or other supported web browsers. It could be that the program has a temporary issue with the browser you're currently using. These are the shortcut keys:

 

  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

@jeanbiverly_  No Luck Still.  The email telling me theres an error also says 

Regarding: "No company name"

 

But i dont know how I dont have a company name 

Any thoughts?

Any luck with this? I’m having the same issue where I keep getting disconnected everytime I log in or refresh. I got that email that says no business name too.
