Glad to have you here in the Community. I'm here to help you with reconnecting your account to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Here's how:
Click on Banking or Transactions at the left pane, then go to the Banking page.
Select your bank account.
Tap on the Edit or pencil icon.
If your username or password changed in online banking click on Edit sign-info to update the banking information on the account. To verify the bank account's set up with click on Edit Account info.
Select Save and connect.
Once you see a confirmation message, click on I'm done, Let's go!
Once your bank is connected, the system will download your bank transactions automatically. From the Banking page, you can review and categorize them into the correct accounts. You can use this article as your guide: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
