I can help you find an app you can integrate into QuickBooks Online, @eugenieg1.

QuickBooks offers a variety of third-party applications that can help ease the process of converting PDF to CSV files. You can browse our QuickBooks App Store for applications that best suit your needs.

You can also search for third-party apps within QBO.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Select the Apps tab on the left navigation bar.
  3. Search for the app in the magnifying glass icon or select the Browse category to search for an app by category.

Moreover, you may want to visit this article to learn how to review downloaded bank and credit card transactions: Categorize online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
