Let's examine your account closely to know the cause of the reconciliation discrepancy, @bardco. This way, you can reconcile your account and keep your financial data accurate and updated.

When reconciling your account in QuickBooks Online (QBO), ensure that it matches your real-life bank and credit card statements. In your case, to resolve the issue, I recommend manually checking your transactions. You can pull up the Reconciliation Discrepancy report to see any adjustments and other transactions that were changed since your last reconciliation.

To run the report, please follow the steps below:

  1. On your QBO account, select Accounting.
  2. Choose Reconcile tab.
  3. From the upper right hand, click on History by account link.
  4. Set the Account and Report period
  5. Click on the View report link under the action column to see the reconciliation report.

From there, review the report and look for any discrepancies.

Once everything are good, continue and finish reconciling. For the step-by-step guide, you can refer to this article: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.
