I know how important it is to have all your bank transactions downloaded into QuickBooks, pghpizzapub-gmai. I'm here to assist you with that.

Manually updating your bank account in QuickBooks Online helps re-establish the connection. Doing so will make these transactions show up.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking tab.
  2. Select the bank account and click Update.
  3. If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials and select Continue update.

If the transactions are still missing, I'd suggest following the additional troubleshooting steps shared in this article: What to Do if Bank Transactions Won’t Download.

Otherwise, you can manually upload your bank transactions into QuickBooks. Then, you can start categorizing them.

In addition, I've included an article that'll assist you in automatically categorizing bank transactions. This allows you to save a significant amount of time: Set up Bank Rules for Online Data in QuickBooks Online.

I'd also recommend sharing the name of your financial institution. This way, we'll be able to check if there's an ongoing investigation related to this issue.
