Question

My bank transactions aren't posting for me to review to match or categorize. How can I fix this? I'll have a lot of catching up to do considering it's been a week now

Hi watt-cohvac,

 

Thank you for letting us know about this behavior. I know that online banking speeds up the work and not having updates will result in doing catch-ups. I'll share the steps to find the root cause and to solve it.

 

Click the Update button to refresh your connection. If you receive an error message with a code, just search it in the Community to find articles with steps to resolve it. You can also comment below with the name of the bank, so I can check it on my end.

You can also upload the missing transactions that way you can continue with your work.
