You can use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.

It's great to have you here in the Community, userjtg300. I'm here to ensure that you'll be able to download all your bank transactions into QuickBooks Online (QBO).

First off, may I know what bank is connected to your QBO account? Any additional information would help us verify if there's an issue with the bank.

In the meantime, we can manually update your bank account to download the missing transactions to refresh the connection between your bank and QuickBooks. Here's how:

  1. Click Banking/Transactions from the left menu.
  2. Select the bank account with missing transactions.
  3. From the top-right of the page, click the Update button.

When done, let's check your missing transactions from the For review tab. If they're still aren't showing, check out this article for other troubleshooting steps: What to do if you can’t find downloaded transactions in QuickBooks Online.

If the transactions aren't downloaded still, here's how you can manually import them: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

Now that your transactions are in QuickBooks, it's time to match and categorize them. Here's an article for future reference: Categorize online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

I'll be on the lookout in the comment section if you have more questions about banking and other QuickBooks-related matters. Take care.
