My banking connection has my personal and business account balances backwards or crossed over inaccurately. Any insight?

To get started, may I know how your bank is connected to QuickBooks? This way, I can gather enough details to isolate the issue. 

 

Usually, if you have multiple banks (personal and business or parents and subaccounts), you need to choose how you want your transactions to be downloaded to the system. If the transactions download to one account, connect only the parent account. If the transactions download to the individual accounts, connect the subaccounts and not the parent account.

If your business and personal entries are crossing over, you may seek assistance from your accountant to review your books and keep your accounts in place.
