My banking info is not showing up for 2020

I've got some instructions to provide on what is the best thing to do if transactions are not showing up 2020 in QuickBooks Online. Let's run a manual update to ensure your bank transactions are up to date. 

Here's how:

1. Go to Gear icon. 

2. Choose Bank Account. 

3. Click Refresh On. 

This process will restore the bank connection and will trigger the updates to your bank transactions. 

If the issue persists, I suggest trying the following steps:

1. Open your browser's private window. 

• Google Chrome:  Ctrl + Shif t+ N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P 
• Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P 
• Safari : Command + Shift + N

2. If that works, clear your browser cache. 

3. You can also use a different browser.
