My Banking tab isn't working. How do I get it to open?

Let's get your Banking menu working, toombs88.

 

When buttons or menus are not opening or responding to clicks, you can reload your web page by pressing F5 (Windows) or Command + R (Mac). If it's the same thing, please follow the steps below.

 

  1. Use a private or incognito browser when signing in to QuickBooks.
    - Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
    - MS Edge and Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
    - Safari: Command + Shift + N
  2. If the Banking menu opens, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache.
  3. If step 2 still doesn't resolve the issue, use other browsers or contact our QBO Support to check this using more tools.
