When buttons or menus are not opening or responding to clicks, you can reload your web page by pressing F5 (Windows) or Command + R (Mac). If it's the same thing, please follow the steps below.
Use a private or incognito browser when signing in to QuickBooks. - Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N - MS Edge and Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P - Safari: Command + Shift + N
If the Banking menu opens, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache.
If step 2 still doesn't resolve the issue, use other browsers or contact our QBO Support to check this using more tools.
