My business account is linked to quick books. Sometimes my transactions are shown, but then they stop showing

QuickBooks Online automatically downloads and updates new transactions from the connected banks. For most banks, QuickBooks downloads the latest available transactions every night around 10 PM PT. Some transactions may take some time.
 

In your case, you can manually download transactions.
 

Here's how:
 

1. Go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
2. Go to the Banking tab.
3. Select Update.
    

This will updates all your connected bank and credit card accounts. If you can't still proceed you can follow the other steps in this article.
