My Chase account keeps disconnecting from QB's, been happening for several months now and I thought it would be fixed by now. Why does it keep disconnecting?

I understand how important it is for you to be able to use your Chase bank account; I know it's hard to move forward if your bank keeps disconnecting, so let me give you some insights to fix it.

 

First, try accessing your Chase Bank Account on their official website and use the same credentials you used in QuickBooks. 

 

  1. Go to Chase Bank's official website.
  2. Enter your credentials.
  3. Please check for any potential reasons why you may be experiencing disconnections.
  • If you've changed your financial institution's username or password.
  • Your bank's Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Security or System updates on your financial institution's website.
