Thank you for contacting us about the ongoing problem of frequently needing to re-link your bank account with QuickBooks Online, Demi.

Firstly, this issue can occur when your bank websites undergo maintenance or face connectivity issues, leading to syncing problems with QuickBooks Online.

To resolve your concern, here's what we can do:

  1. Check Your Bank's Website: Verify if there are any current maintenance activities or connectivity problems on your bank's website that could be interfering with the QuickBooks integration.
  2. Contact Your Bank: Contact your bank to ask about any potential problems related to their integration with QuickBooks. They may offer valuable insights or solutions tailored to your specific account.

If everything is fine on your bank's end, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team. They have the necessary tools and expertise to investigate your case further:

Here's how:

  1. Hover to the Help menu and press the Search tab.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Choose a specific topic or Ask about something else. Type in a short description in the box provided.
  4. Select Continue, then pick the Chat or Callback option.

Moreover, you may want to utilize our bank rules feature to categorize your bank transactions automatically.
