You can start using your camera without opening the app. If it works, refresh your QuickBooks Online data to fix the issue.

 

For IOS users, here's how:

 

  1. Go to Settings, then click General.
  2. Select iPhone Storage, then tick the QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Hit Offload App.
  4. This will free up the storage without deleting your app's documents and data.

 

For Andriod:

 

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Select Apps and devices.
  3. Click the QuickBooks Online app, then hit Refresh data.
  4. Click YES to confirm.

 

If you encounter the same issue, you can uninstall and reinstall the QBO app, then set up the Receipt snap again.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Tap and hold your QBO app. Then, click Uninstall.
  2. Go to the App Store or Play Store to install the app.
  3. Log in to the app and try to use the snap receipt feature again to see if it works well.
