My check register had data indicating if an item was Cleared or Reconciled. Now the information in the column has disappeared. What happened?

It's my utmost priority to help you retrieve the missing information of your reconciled transaction in QuickBooks Online.

Missing information on the reconciled transaction can be caused by deleted entry, a reconciled account is merged with a different transaction account, or the accountant user undoes the reconciliation/ changed its status.

To fix this, let's go ahead and check the Audit Log of your account to see if there are changes made for the transactions. This area keeps track of your activities, where you can see who made changes to your books and what they did.

To utilize it:

1. Go to Gear icon.
2. Hit on Audit Log.
3. Select Filter.
4. Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate User, Date, or Events filter to narrow the results.
5. Press on Apply.

On the other hand, if the problem continues, I recommend accessing your account on a private window. This is to identify if this behavior is caused by too much historical data from previously visited websites in the browser.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts that will help you accomplish this in all supported browsers:

• Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
• Internet Explorer: Ctrl+Shift+P
• Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
• Safari: Command+Shift+N

If it works fine, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This is to ensure that this won't happen again and eliminate the unnecessary data on your cache files. 

You can also do this task on other supported, up-to-date browsers like Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Mozilla Firefox.
