It used to work but broke over two weeks ago. When I try to enter log in credentials the system seems to freeze up.

I'll help you resolve the connection issue, mike-bluegemky-c.

Before proceeding, did you encounter any error messages when entering your credentials? Adding additional details will help us investigate this.

Strange behaviors in QuickBooks Online are sometimes caused by a browser-related issue. The stored cache can affect the performance of the program.

I'd recommend accessing your QuickBooks Online account via a private window. This helps us determine if there's an issue with the browser.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P

Once signed in, try logging in to your Lowe's credit account. If it works, let's clear the browser's cache. This removes its stored cache to ensure the program performs efficiently.

Aside from that, you can use other supported browsers. They also provide the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks.

Once the connection is resolved, I encourage checking out these resources that'll guide you in managing your bank and credit card transactions:
