My credit card account is connected to QB Online however I’m not able to reconcile. I keep getting the page stating to connect the account. Tried suggested Cntrl ShiftN

Was able to reconcile last month but unable to reconcile all connected accounts this month. Tried using Chrome Cntrl Shft N and private browsers on Chrome and Microsoft Edge
