My credit card and bank transactions are visible in QuickBooks online but will not download when using the QuickBooks mobile app. How do I fix this?

I have already uninstalled/reinstalled the app. I have made sure all accounts are connected correctly.

It's good to know that you uninstalled, then reinstalled the app. This can fix any issue on the app.


However, since this behavior persists, I suggest you reach out to our Support Team. They'll be able to check why the transactions are downloading on the QuickBooks Online app.

  1. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter "Download transactions", select Let's talk and then choose a way to connect.
