My credit card sales stopped being recorded on May 9 and picked up again on September 17. How can I get automatic update to fill in missing dates

Saying it stopped recording last September, can you tell me if we're talking about downloaded transactions in online banking? And if these credit card sales are from QuickBooks Payments? May I also ask for the name of your credit card company?
