You will not be able to download bank transactions past 90 days. If you would like transactions older than 90 days, you will need to manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

If you are not able to see the new transaction from your bank, or can’t find ones you already downloaded try to find that transaction under the banking tab.
Follow these steps

1. Click the Hamburger icon on the upper left menu bar.
2. Select Banking and go to the Banking tab.
3. Select the blue tile at the top for the bank account you want to review.
4. Start with the For Review tab. QuickBooks puts successfully downloaded transactions in the For Review tab. These are waiting to be categorized into an account. They won’t show up on reports until you do.
5. Next, check the In QuickBooks tab. Once you’ve categorized them, downloaded transactions move to the In QuickBooks tab. The Added or Matched column tells you which account a transaction moved to.
6. Lastly, check the Excluded tab. The transactions you've marked as Duplicate or Personal will go into this tab.
Moreover, if you'd need more than 90 days of your transactions to be in your QBO account. You can upload it. Here's an article for the detailed step by step process: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

If you are not able to fix by this.. Read these blog hope that will help you.

1. Old bank statements

2. What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online

Hope you can find your answer.

Thanks

Priyanka
