We usually deposit the first set of payments within five business days for new users. The process takes a bit longer while we set up everything in the system.
Once finished, we'll deposit the next batch of customer payments much faster. Please note that the deposit speed will also depend on the product you're using and the payment type.
There's a way to check the current deposit speed within your account. Here's how:
Click the Gear ⚙ icon in the upper-right corner and select Account and settings.
Select the Payments tab.
Review the Deposit Speed section.
To check the status of the deposit, please follow these steps:
Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
Go to the Sales menu and select the Deposits tab.
Select the bank deposit you want to review.
In case you're having delays to the deposit, I recommend contacting our Payment Support Team. They can check it further and provide real-time status for the transaction.
