Hi there.

I'm here to help you address your deposit that hasn't shown up yet in QuickBooks Online.

If you meant banking deposit, QuickBooks will deposit the payments depending on your deposit speed. However, if it's the first set of payments, it'll be deposited into your bank account within five (5) business days. It'll take a bit longer while we set up your account.

To check your deposit speed, please follow the detailed steps below:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click the Gear icon, then select Account and Settings.
  3. Go to the Payments tab.
  4. Then, review the Deposit Speed section.

It takes 5-7 business days for credit card payments and 7-10 business days for ACH deposits to be transferred to your bank.

If you meant bank deposit transactions, start troubleshooting your bank integration to QuickBooks Online, as there are lots of factors to consider when your bank deposit transactions haven't shown. Here are the examples:

  • Bank updates to QBO are having an error. Therefore, you'll need to get the latest available transactions by updating it from your banking page.
  • Your financial institution is having a maintenance that could delay your transactions to show.
  • You updated your bank information on your bank's website but haven't updated also in QuickBooks Online.
