ive had a chargeback and since then all my deposits have been on hold and wont be released

There are a few possible reasons why chargebacks happen. It is when a transaction you processed gets disputed and the money goes back to the customer. You can follow the instruction in the email we sent to you on how to respond to chargebacks and why deposits are on hold.
