I'm here to help you with your deposit concern in QuickBooks.
You'll need to update the bank account information in QuickBooks. Then, our Payments Team will start the transfer process as soon as your done with the details.
Here's how to update:
1. Go to Settings ⚙and then select Account and Settings.
2. Click the Payments tab. In the Deposits section next to Standard Deposits, select Change bank.
3. Select Add new bank account.
4. Enter the Routing Number and Account Number of the bank account you want to change to. Tip: You can also log in to your bank directly to save time and data entry.
5. Hit Save.
6. Review the bank account info and is selected, then select Submit.
