My direct deposit show it paid today but nothing went through my bank and into my employees bank accounts but shows in QB's register as paid. How do I fix it?

We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing this morning that has delayed the deposit of employees' paychecks into their accounts. The issue has been resolved and your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account by end of the day today.

 

We know how critical each paycheck is to your team. This is, even more, the case in our current environment.

Yes after an hour on hold I was told that there was the 3rd party issue and everyone would be paid by 7pm. 

 

I just wish that an alert would have been sent out by email or even just something online. I didn't know if it was my fault or not and if I needed to print paper checks to get my employees paid. 

 

It is stressful to have employees need their pay and have no answers.
