My linked bank account is updating with the correct balance, but hasn't populated any of the new transactions for 7 days. I have tried manual update, as well as unlinking

Thanks for sharing with us the steps you’ve performed to resolve the banking issue. Let’s log in to your Financial Institution’s website and check if they’re having a maintenance update.

Before performing any steps, may I know the name of your bank? Did you encounter any errors? This is to check if we have a reported issue.

While waiting for the information, let’s go ahead and sign in to your bank’s website to check for any major concerns. Here’s how:

1. Go to the Banking menu on the left panel to choose the Banking option.
2. Click the Link account button to see the URL for your bank.
3. Look for your Financial Institution and select it.
4. Then, copy the bank’s URL and use it to log in to the account.
5. If you’re able to sign in, perform the following:
   *Review your account for messages, notifications, or alerts.
   *Look for any display issues as you navigate the website. These can block QuickBooks from downloading new transactions.
   *Check for any announcements about new security requirements.
   
   

If everything looks good, perform a manual update to refresh the online banking connection. If the issue persists, perform Steps 3-4 in this article: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.
