My Lowes Commercial account is linked, but I can't see the transactions it only shows me the Balance but the transactions I can't see it. How can I fix that?

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), once the bank account is connected, we can pull as much of your transaction data as possible.

If transactions aren't posted into your account, we can perform a manual update on your bank account to help us resolve the problem. Here’s how to do it:

1. Log in to your QBO account.
2. Select Transactions, then Bank Transactions.
3. Click Update.

Once done, kindly go to the Transactions tab and make sure to choose All for the Type.

If the same issue occurs, we can manually upload your bank transactions. That way, you can enter the transactions from your bank account to see the project you'll want to pull up and to check your profit/loss.

Please also know that your QBO bank account is connected, and it'll bring in transactions based on the transactions posted into your bank account. Therefore, I suggest checking your bank statement and comparing the transactions in your QBO account.
