My new Chase credit card doesn’t show as an option to link in QuickBooks. Existing Chase accounts work fine. How can I get QB to link this new credit card?
I recently added a new credit card to my Chase account, which is already connected to QuickBooks Online for other credit card accounts. However, when I try to relink or update the connection, the new credit card does not appear as an option to connect, even though my existing Chase credit card accounts are visible and connected.
I have verified that the new credit card is active, linked and accessible through Chase. How can I ensure the new credit card appears in QuickBooks so I can link it to my Chart of Accounts?
