My page does not completely load, states its fetchin my data but never loads

It'd be my pleasure to help you get to the bottom of this 

 

There's currently no reported issue about the error message "We're fetching your data" in QuickBooks Self-Employed. Over time, your browser collects a lot of files you don't really need. When these caches piled up, it gets corrupted and can cause unusual behavior on the pages you are opening. We can perform some troubleshooting steps to fix this. 

 

Let's open your QuickBooks Self-Employed account in an incognito window or private browser. This mode helps you browse the web without storing browsing data on your browser so that it can't be retrieved later.

 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Option P

Then, go to the page where you encountered the error. If you see the data and didn't get the message, we can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Clearing cache helps resolved website behavior issues. Please restart your browser after to refresh the settings.

 

As another option, try using a different supported browser.
