My payment deposit has been on hold. It's been over 3 working days since I've responded to the email review as well, but the deposit is still on hold.

When should I expect the deposit to clear?

Thanks for reaching out for support here in the Community. I want to make sure you're able to see the deposit in your account.

 

As mentioned in the "Why are my funds on hold?" article, you'd need to respond to the email with any additional info that was requested, and then wait 2 business days for the funds to be released. Since you completed those steps, I recommend reaching out to a member of the Merchant Service Support Team. These agents have the necessary tools to take a more in depth look at your account and let you know when you can expect to see the funds in your account. 

 

Here's how to get in touch with the team:

 

1. Click the Help button in the top right corner.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Enter Support in the field and choose Let's talk.
4. From here you can select to receive a callback at a time that's convenient for you, or begin a live chat session with an agent.
